According to Hisense official Weixin Official Accounts today, Hisense Group signed a comprehensive strategic cooperation framework agreement with Shanghai Weilai Automobile Co., Ltd. on September 13. Both parties will cooperate in fields related to new energy automobile industry (including vehicle air conditioning, vehicle thermal management system, intelligent transportation, vehicle-road coordination, new display and multimedia technology products, etc.), overseas market expansion, centralized procurement of household appliances, etc.

Hisense said that Hisense and Weilai have similar values, development concepts and strategic layout, such as both sides adhere to long-term doctrine, self-research and globalization. In the future, the two sides will continue to expand in-depth cooperation in smart cities, smart communities, smart homes, display, big data, artificial intelligence, autonomous driving and other related industries.

CTOnews.com learned that in addition to cooperation with Hisense and QQ Music, Weilai also cooperated with Sinopec to build a charging and replacement power station. As of April 15 this year, Weilai has cooperated with Sinopec for one year and jointly built 175 charging and switching stations, including 71 switching stations, 75 overcharging stations and 29 destination charging stations.
