CTOnews.com learned that in September last year, the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security, together with the Ministry of Transport, the General Administration of Market Supervision and the all-China Federation of Trade unions, held an administrative guidance meeting for platform enterprises to provide joint administrative guidance to 10 leading platform enterprises, including Meituan, ele.me, Didi, Dada, flash, Lala, Manbang, Zhijia Group, Alibaba, and Tencent, on safeguarding the labor security rights and interests of workers in new employment forms. Joint administrative guidance requires the improvement of the income distribution system, rest system, labor safety and health system; play a leading role in the industry and take the lead in caring for workers.
