According to reports, Nvidia AD102 GPU uses TSMC N4 process, which has 5 billion fewer transistors than Nvidia Hopper H100 data center GPU.
In terms of specifications, Nvidia AD102 GPU will have 18432 CUDA cores and support 384 bit wide GDDR6X memory. RTX 4090 is expected to be loaded with AD102 GPU, but only 16384 CUDA cores are enabled. In the future, Nvidia may launch RTX 4090 Ti or TITAN models with more CUDA cores.
