According to news released by Xiongan and Xinhuanet on September 11, CTOnews.com, the total installed capacity of the distributed photovoltaic power station on the top of Xiongan Railway Station in Jingxiong is 6000 kilowatts, with 17700 polysilicon photovoltaic modules laid on the top of the station and 42000 square meters of polysilicon photovoltaic modules. The power station adopts the mode of spontaneous self-use and residual electricity. Since it was officially connected to the grid in December 2020, it has generated more than 10 million kilowatt hours of electricity.

Xiongan Station is located in the northeast of Xiongxian County, with a total construction area of 472000 square meters. The main body of the station building project consists of five floors, including three floors above ground and two floors underground, with local interlayers. The total amount of steel used in the steel structure is 131000 tons.

CTOnews.com learned that in December 2020, the Beijing-Xiongan New area Intercity Railway (Jingxiong Intercity Railway) was opened for operation from Daxing Airport to Xiongan New area. Jingxiong Intercity Railway was completed and Xiongan Station was put into use at the same time. The fastest travel time is 50 minutes from Beijing West Railway Station to Xionganxin, and 19 minutes from Daxing Airport to Xionganxin.

Jingxiong intercity railway leads from Beijing West Railway Station, passes through the existing Beijing-Kowloon Railway to Liying Station, connects to the new high-speed railway line, and passes southward through Beijing Daxing District, Langfang City, Hebei Province, and Bazhou to Xiongan New District. The total length of the line is 91 kilometers, with a maximum designed speed of 350 kilometers per hour.

The scale of Xiongan Station is 13 stations and 23 lines, with a total construction area of 475200 square meters. It adopts the integrated design of station and city, effectively integrates into the urban body, and achieves the organic integration of hub area, urban planning and industrial development. The appearance of the station adopts the design theme of "Qinglian dripping dew". The oval roof is shaped like a water drop, and the outline of the oval roof is like the source of Qingquan, like a dewdrop on a green lotus The use of three-dimensional waiting layout can achieve passenger "entry and exit stratification, arrival and departure separation", ensuring the smooth flow of passengers in and out; innovative use of 15-meter-wide "Light Valley" between depots to improve the effect of daylighting and ventilation. Xiongan Station will become the rendezvous hub of Beijing-Hong Kong (Taiwan) high-speed railway, Jingxiong inter-city railway, Tianjin-Xiongan new area inter-city railway, Xiongan new area to Xinzhou high-speed railway.
