CTOnews.com learned that Wang Jianwei, deputy director of the Information Technology Development Department of the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology, said that over the past decade, the digital, networked and intelligent development of China's manufacturing industry has accelerated, and the overall situation has continued to improve.

First, the foundation of digital transformation has been continuously consolidated. Big data, artificial intelligence, cloud computing, blockchain and other new generation of information technology innovation capabilities have been greatly improved, 5G mobile communications technology, equipment and application innovation is the world's leading, and the scale of software and information technology services is growing. A series of landmark achievements have been made in integrated circuits, software and other fields. The network supply capacity has been significantly enhanced, the world's largest optical fiber and mobile broadband network has been built, optical fiber transformation has been fully completed, 4G network covers urban and rural areas, and 5G network has accelerated development. The five top nodes of industrial Internet logo resolution operate stably, and the second-level nodes cover 29 provinces (autonomous regions and cities).

Second, the rapid development of the industrial Internet. The development strategy of industrial Internet innovation has been firmly promoted, the construction of network, platform, security and other systems have been continuously improved, and the industrial scale has broken through the trillion yuan mark, which has become the key support for promoting the digital transformation of the industry. The network facilities with low latency, high reliability and wide coverage have been initially completed, the identification and analysis system centered on the national top nodes has developed on a large scale, and the integrated application innovation supported by the platform is active. The technical monitoring service system of three levels of coordination among the country, the province and the enterprise has basically taken shape. At present, more than 150 industrial Internet platforms with certain regional and industry influence have been built, more than 79 million sets of industrial equipment are connected, and more than 1.6 million industrial enterprises are serving.

The third is the promotion of intelligent manufacturing system. The intelligent manufacturing project has been deeply implemented, and the development pattern of regional coordination and industry linkage has basically taken shape. Various localities have issued more than 260 support policies, actively exploring regional promotion models with their own characteristics, and developing key industries such as automobiles, petrochemical, home appliances and medicine in an all-round way. The scale of the intelligent manufacturing equipment industry is nearly 3 trillion yuan, and the market satisfaction rate is more than 50%. Through intelligent transformation, the production efficiency of intelligent manufacturing demonstration factories has increased by 32% on average, the comprehensive utilization rate of resources has increased by 22% on average, the product research and development cycle has been shortened by 28% on average, the operating cost has decreased by 19% on average, and the product defect rate has been reduced by 24% on average.

Fourth, the ability of innovation has been continuously improved. The endogenous innovation capability of the manufacturing industry has been continuously enhanced, the transformation of the mode of production, enterprise form, business model and employment mode has been accelerated, the integration of new technologies such as 5G, AR / VR and artificial intelligence with the manufacturing industry has been accelerated, and industrial-grade drones, wearable intelligent equipment and new products, new models, such as collaborative R & D and design, digital factories, smart mines, shared manufacturing and other new products, new models, and new business type have flourished. New business type, such as gig economy and platform economy, continues to grow, promoting the manufacturing industry to extend to the high end of the value chain, and market competitiveness continues to enhance.

Fifth, the transformation and ecological construction is accelerated. We have successively supported the establishment of industrial Internet demonstration zones in the Yangtze River Delta, Shandong, Guangdong, Chengdu and Chongqing, and systematically promoted the infrastructure construction, integrated application and ecological cultivation of industrial Internet. The ecological construction of technological innovation with enterprises as the main body and market-oriented has shown initial results, effectively promoting the financing and innovation of the upper and lower reaches of the industrial chain and large, small and medium-sized enterprises. The ecological construction of industry-university-research-application cooperation has been accelerated, and a number of leading enterprises have emerged, and the pattern of coordinated development of industrial chain, innovation chain, talent chain and value chain has been initially established.
