VW unveiled a new all-electric SUV, the ID. Xtreme, at Tinco on Friday. According to introduction, the new car is built on the basis of ID.4 GTX model, in addition to the power upgrade, but also equipped with a series of off-road kits.

Compared to the ID.4 GTX with dual-motor four-wheel drive, the ID. Xtreme concept has increased its maximum power by 30%(65kW) to 285kW. The power was increased to 382 horsepower, 87 horsepower higher than the standard GTX model. It is also Volkswagen's strongest ID model to date.

Of course, Volkswagen ID.XTREME also uses its modular electric drive (MEB) platform to show its true potential. Silke Bagshik, head of MEB's product line, explains:

The MEB platform has enormous technical potential. For many of our customers, a vehicle is more than just a means of transportation. With ID. XTREME, we are taking Volkswagen's electric vehicles to a new level of performance.

In the interior, ID XTREME uses a set of Alcantara materials, new seats and new colors.

In addition, ID. Xtreme upgrades include:

18-inch off-road tires

Wider wheel arches, higher ground clearance

New front bumper design, improved crash bar, aluminum underbody cladding.

50 mm wide tail wing, full of off-road wind appearance.

New roof LED lights.

Fully electric AWD system.
