At present, ASML has 15 offices, 11 warehousing and logistics centers, 3 development centers, 1 training center and 1 maintenance center in China.

CTOnews.com learned that ASML is one of the world's largest semiconductor equipment manufacturers, providing integrated critical equipment to global complex integrated circuit manufacturers. In June, ASML said it would continue to expand its China team this year, with plans to recruit more than 200 employees, in order to support the growth of its business in China.

In addition, according to data disclosed by ASML in January this year, ASML employs more than 30,000 people worldwide. In the past two years, more than 6000 new employees have joined ASML. Among them, by the end of 2021, the number of ASML employees in China has increased to more than 1300.

According to the financial report, in the second quarter of 2022, ASML achieved net sales of 5.4 billion euros (about 37.206 billion yuan), a gross profit of 49.1 percent and a net profit of 1.4 billion euros (about 9.646 billion yuan).

Peter Wennink, president and CEO of ASML, previously said that ASML expects net sales in the third quarter of 2022 to be about 5.1 billion euros (about 35.139 billion yuan)-5.4 billion euros (about 37.206 billion yuan), with a gross profit margin of about 49 percent. 50%.
