Faced with such a huge market for iPhone, many manufacturers want to enter Apple's supply chain.

On September 6, South Korean media BUSINESSKOREA reported that China's Changjiang Storage has entered Apple's supply chain and will supply iPhone 14 series NAND flash memory. Previously, Apple relied heavily on South Korean memory chip manufacturers such as Samsung Electronics and SK Hynix. As a result, market watchers believe that Apple's partnership with Changjiang Storage will further diversify their suppliers of NAND flash memory and help reduce the price of this important component.

On September 9, the Financial Times reported that Marco Rubio, vice chairman of the US Senate Intelligence Committee and a Republican, said that if Apple purchased memory chips from a Chinese semiconductor manufacturer, Apple will face strict scrutiny from the U.S. Congress.

Apple responded that it does not currently use Changjiang memory chips in any products, but Apple is "evaluating the procurement of NAND chips from Changjiang Storage and using it for some of the iPhone sold in China". At the same time, Apple said it will not use Changjiang memory chips in iPhone sold outside China, and the user data stored on NAND chips is fully encrypted.

CTOnews.com learned that the Apple iPhone 14 series has four models: the iPhone 14, the iPhone 14 Plus, the iPhone 14 Pro and the iPhone 14 Pro Max, of which the iPhone 14 and iPhone 14 Plus retain most of the iPhone 13 design-including bangs for mobile selfie cameras and Face ID sensors. On the iPhone 14 Pro and iPhone 14 Pro Max, Apple is equipped with a "Smart Island" pill screen to display alerts and background activities, a brighter display and AOD message screen, an A16 bionic chip, new color options, and more.
