CTOnews.com, September 9 (Xinhua)-- shortly after Apple began taking orders for all four iPhone 14 models, the estimated delivery time for its online stores in the United States and some other countries began to be delayed to October. The exact delivery time varies depending on the configuration ordered.

Many customers who manage to solve the Apple online store problem and place orders quickly will be delivered on the first day of September 16. Shipments of the iPhone 14, iPhone 14 Pro and iPhone 14 Pro Max models will begin on Friday September 16 and will be available in retail stores, while the iPhone 14 Plus will ship on Friday, October 7.

However, for customers who have not yet ordered, Apple is now expected to ship many iPhone 14 Pro and iPhone 14 Pro Max models in the first half of October. Standard iPhone 14 and iPhone 14 Plus models are better in terms of availability.

The situation is similar in Canada, where almost all iPhone 14 Pro and iPhone 14 Pro Max configurations are expected to be delivered in October, while orders in China have been delayed to the end of October or early November. IPhone 14 Standard Edition is still available on the first day of release.

Although the standard iPhone 14 model has barely changed this year, including the A15 bionic chip with additional GPU core and new car accident detection and satellite text messaging functions (North America only) to deal with emergencies, the iPhone 14 Pro model is equipped with a new Smart Island pill screen, AOD message screen display, 4800 megapixel rear camera and so on.

CTOnews.com learned that at its recent Far Out launch, Apple released the iPhone 14 and iPhone 14 Plus, retaining most of the iPhone 13 design-including bangs grooves for mobile selfie cameras and Face ID sensors. Apple also introduced the iPhone 14 Pro and iPhone 14 Pro Max, equipped with "Smart Island" pill screens to display alerts and background activities, brighter displays and AOD message screens, A16 bionic chips, new color options, and more.
