Zero-Run Automobile is a technology-based intelligent electric vehicle brand under Zhejiang Zero-Run Technology Co., Ltd., which was established in December 2015. Zhejiang Zero Run Technology Co., Ltd. has submitted an IPO application to the Hong Kong Stock Exchange, with co-sponsors CICC, Citigroup, JPMorgan Chase and CCB International, according to a Hong Kong Stock Exchange announcement.

In August this year, China Securities Regulatory Commission approved Zhejiang Lingpao Technology Co., Ltd. to issue no more than 290,917,000 overseas listed foreign shares with a par value of RMB 1 each, all of which are ordinary shares. Upon completion of this issuance, Zero Run Technology Co., Ltd. can be listed on the Main Board of the Stock Exchange of Hong Kong; 59 shareholders of the approved company will convert a total of 791,334,785 domestic unlisted shares into overseas listed foreign shares, and the relevant shares can be listed and circulated on the Main Board of the Stock Exchange of Hong Kong upon completion of the conversion.

CTOnews.com learned that delivery data showed that 12525 zero-run cars were delivered in August, up more than 180% year-on-year; 76563 vehicles were delivered cumulatively from January to August.

At present, zero-run cars have launched four models, including S01, T03, C11, C01 and other models. Among them, the latest zero-running car model C01 positioning medium and large sedan, will be officially launched on September 28, is expected to be delivered to users in the third quarter of this year.
