CTOnews.com Airbus 'latest commercial aircraft data show that the company did not receive an order in August after 401 aircraft were ordered in July.

Airbus delivered 39 aircraft to 22 customers in August and 382 aircraft to 62 customers so far in 2022.

CTOnews.com understands that Airbus said its year-to-date net deliveries stood at 380, with the figures reflecting two deliveries recorded in December 2021 (two A350-900 AEROFLOTs).

In the first quarter of 2022, Airbus received orders for 253 civilian aircraft; a total of 142 civilian aircraft were delivered, including 11 A220 aircraft, 109 A320 series aircraft, 6 A330 aircraft and 16 A350 aircraft.

Airbus said production of the A320 series aircraft is on track to reach a target of 65 aircraft per month by summer 2023 and aim to achieve a production rate of 75 aircraft per month by 2025.
