CTOnews.com September 8 news, according to MacRumors reported that Apple iPhone 14 series four models are equipped with 6GB RAM. The latest beta version of Xcode 14 contains files showing that iPhone 14, iPhone 14 Plus, iPhone 14 Pro, and iPhone 14 Pro Max all come with 6GB of RAM.

CTOnews.com understands that, for comparison, the iPhone 13 mini and iPhone 13 come with 4GB of RAM, and the iPhone 13 Pro and iPhone 13 Pro Max come with 6GB of RAM. This also means that RAM on this year's basic style iPhone model has increased by 50%.

Previously, similar Xcode files accurately revealed the RAM capacity of iPhone 13 series models and previous generations of iPhone.

In March, Apple analyst Mingxi Kuo said that the iPhone 14 Pro model will be equipped with a faster RAM type LPDDR5 compared to the LPDDR4X of the base iPhone 14 model, but the Xcode file only confirms the RAM capacity of each model.

On the processor side, the iPhone 14 and iPhone 14 Plus come with an A15 Bionic chip and a 5-core GPU, while the Pro models come with a new A16 Bionic chip.
