According to introduction, GALAXY HOF EXTREME 50 flagship solid-state, will adopt the PCIe 5.0 control chip-PS5026-E26, adopt TSMC 12nm process, and match 232 layers of 3D TLC NAND flash memory.

CTOnews.com learned that the read and write sequence of GALAXY HOF EXTREME 50 solid state is up to 12000/10000 MB/s, breaking through 10GB / s for the first time, 4K random read and write can reach 1500K IOPS, 1250K IOPS, the overall performance performance is greatly improved compared with the previous generation PCIe 4.0 solid state, and the capacity is also available in 1TB / 2TB / 4TB and other specifications.

On NAND flash memory, GALAXY HOF EXTREME 50 solid state is equipped with Meguiar's most advanced 232-layer 3D TLC NAND flash memory with an interface rate of 2400MT / s. It is the most advanced flash memory in its class at present. Compared with the previous generation products, this PCIe 5.0 solid state can bring a higher level of speed performance to fans.

At present, the release date of this SSD has not been announced yet.
