Solo Loop and Braided Solo Loop straps are only compatible with Apple Watch SE and Apple Watch Series 4 or later. The 40mm and 41mm cases are suitable for straps 1-9; the cases of 44mm and 45mm are suitable for straps 1-12. "

Some straps, such as the sports strap purchased for the 41 mm Apple Watch, do not work with the 49 mm Apple Watch Ultra, but straps designed for larger Apple Watch models are compatible. Basically, if the user has a strap for the 42, 44 or 45 mm Apple Watch model, it should work with the Apple Watch Ultra. Apple also said that all Braided and Solo Loop sizes can be used with the new larger Apple Watch.

In contrast, the Wild path Loop strap, Alpine Loop strap and Ocean strap designed for Apple Watch Ultra can also be used for 44mm and 45mm Apple Watch, but not for smaller 40mm and 41mm models.
