CTOnews.com, September 8 (Xinhua)-- on March 22 this year, CDPR officially announced that a new wizard game is under development, using Unreal engine 5 and working with Epic Game developers.

In today's earnings call, CD Projekt Red CEO Adam Kici Wizards ski revealed that their next generation of Wizards will actually include a number of games, like the previous three Wizards series, is currently in the early development of the first one.

In addition, CDPR responded to rumors of an extension of the next-generation version of Wizards 3, saying it would still be released in 2022.

CTOnews.com learned that CDPR officials had previously said that based on the advice of the development team, it had decided to transfer the follow-up development of the next generation version of Wizarding 3: Hunting to its own team (previously outsourced), and that the scope of development work and the new release date were being evaluated, so the original release plan must be postponed until further notice.

On the earnings call, Adam Kici broadcast ski said the game was "expected" to be released in the fourth quarter of 2022.
