CTOnews.com Sept. 8, Apple Safari browser Technology Preview version 153 was released today, and Apple has designed a Safari Technology Preview version to test features that may be introduced into future versions of Safari.

Apple Safari browser Technical Preview version 153 includes bug fixes and performance improvements for Web Inspector, CSS, JavaScript, rendering, media, screen capture, WebGL2, Web API, accessibility and WebDriver.

The current Safari browser Technology Preview is based on Safari 16 updates and includes support for features in macOS Ventura, such as real-time text, passwords, Web extension improvements, and so on.

CTOnews.com learned that unlike the previous version of Safari browser Technology Preview, the new version of Safari browser Technology Preview is compatible with machines running macOS 13 Ventura, but is no longer suitable for macOS Big Sur.

Apple launched the Safari technology preview to collect feedback from developers and users on its browser development process. Safari Technology Preview can be run side by side with existing Safari browsers, although it is designed for developers, but it does not require a developer account to use.
