The iPhone 14 Pro and 14 Pro Max are available in 6.1in and 6.7in sizes. Both models feature a new hyperretinal XDR display that supports ProMotion technology, enabling AOD display on the iPhone for the first time with a new 1Hz refresh rate and a number of energy-saving technologies. This advanced display also brings the same HDR peak brightness as the Pro Display XDR display and is by far the highest outdoor peak brightness of the iPhone: up to 2000 nits, twice as much as the iPhone 13 Pro.

The new A16 chip will help support smooth animation in Smart Island and will power Apple's new camera system. For the first time in history, iPhone has shifted from a 1200 megapixel sensor to a 4800 megapixel sensor. The new main camera improves low-light photography, all using four-in-one pixel sensors with f / 1.78 aperture and 24mm focal length.

For most photos, the sensor will take pictures of 1200 megapixels to capture as much light as possible. This also allows Apple to cut in different ways to provide a true 2x zoom at 48mm focal length.
