CTOnews.com9, Aug. 16, Google released the official version of Android 13 and pushed updates to Pixel phones. Android 13 further enhances the Material You theme introduced in Android 12, improves existing privacy controls, and introduces copy and paste across devices.

After updating the official version of Android 13, some Pixel users found a problem with the wireless charging function of their phones. Although the phones can still recognize and display wireless charging, the phones are not actually charged. Today, Google solved this problem with its first Android 13 update.

In addition, this update fixed an issue with abnormal power consumption of mobile phones caused by some initiators; fixed an issue where any fingerprint could be identified by fingerprints in some cases on Pixel 6a; and fixed an issue that occasionally prevented a Bluetooth connection from a device.

CTOnews.com learned that the version of this system update, numbered TP1A.220905.004, will be gradually rolled out to Pixel 4 (4 XL), 4a, 4a (5G), Pixel 5, 5a, Pixel 6 and 6 Pro devices this week, and to Pixel 6a later this month.
