The Beijing Byte Jump Public Welfare Foundation announced on September 6 that it would donate 5 million yuan to Sichuan earthquake-stricken areas for emergency relief, post-disaster campus renovation and agricultural production and sales.

Byte jump indicates that donations specifically include:

First, in conjunction with the China Red Cross Foundation, the China Social Welfare Foundation Aixiaoya Foundation, and the Shenzhen one Foundation Public Welfare Foundation, 1 million yuan of emergency relief materials will be distributed locally.

Second, jointly with the China Education Development Foundation, donated 1 million yuan to support the post-disaster campus renovation.

Third, in conjunction with the China Rural Development Foundation, donated 3 million yuan to support the production and sales of agricultural products after the disaster.

Byte beat said that prior to this, the Beijing Byte beat Public Welfare Foundation, together with Aixiaoya Foundation and one Foundation, has donated 1800 emergency supplies to the earthquake-stricken areas in Sichuan. It contains 300 family boxes (blankets, towels, toothbrushes and flashlights, etc.) and 1500 emergency kits (emergency supplies for women). The first batch of goods has been shipped and is expected to arrive in the disaster area on September 7.
