According to the news on September 6, the M5 EV, the first pure electric model of the AITO brand, was officially launched at Huawei's autumn launch.

According to reports, the M5 EV is derived from the Cyrus pure electric drive intelligent platform, equipped with a newly upgraded HarmonyOS 3 intelligent cockpit, with a range of 620km and 552km for rear-drive and four-wheel drive versions, respectively.

The M5 EV offers a total of six body colors and four interior colors. The national suggested retail price is 288600 yuan for the standard version and 319800 yuan for the performance version.

Zhang Xinghai, chairman and founder of Cyrus Group, said on social media that "the M5 EV, which is based on the Selis pure electric drive intelligent platform, is the first all-electric car equipped with Huawei HarmonyOS 3 and the third new energy vehicle jointly launched by the two sides in less than a year. We are very excited by this speed and efficiency."

Zhang Xinghai also said, "Cyrus always insists on innovation-driven, long-term doctrine and commercial success, and is committed to bringing users a different travel experience of smart electric vehicles, so that more people can become car environmentalists! we will also continue to be based on the present, dream of the stars of new energy vehicles!"

Data show that as of August 2022, Selis Automobile Channel Network has covered 171 cities, and more than 700 user centers and experience centers have been completed. It is estimated that by the end of 2022, the number of experience centers and user center stores will expand to more than 1200.
