CTOnews.com learned that, as of 0700 hours on 6 September, Ganzi Prefecture had reported 37 dead and 12 missing, and had treated 170 injured, of whom 56 were seriously injured. A total of 28 people were killed and 78 injured in Shimian County, Ya'an. All the injured were sent to hospital for treatment, including 5 in critical condition, 12 seriously injured and 61 slightly injured. So far, 65 people have been killed in the earthquake.
