Select a file shelf and open cmd

Virtualenv envname # create a virtual environment named envname

Dir # looking at the current directory, you can see that an envname file has been created

Virtualenv-p python2 envname # if you have installed multiple versions of python, such as py2 and py3, you need to specify which one to use to create the virtual environment

Start the virtual environment

Access to virtual environment files

Cd envname

Go to the relevant startup folder

Cd Scripts

Activate # launch the virtual environment

Deactivate # quit the virtual environment
