CTOnews.com Sept. 5, today, Xiaomi launched the POCO M5 phone in India, which is equipped with MediaTek G99 processor and sells for 12499 rupees, or about 1100 yuan.

CTOnews.com learned that MediaTek Helio G99 was released this year and is based on TSMC's 6nm process. It is equipped with two Cortex-A76 cores with the highest frequency 2.2GHz and six Cortex AME 55 cores with the highest frequency 2GHz, and the GPU is Mali-G57 MC2. The Helio G99 supports 108MP cameras, but not 5G connections.

The Mi POCO M5 has a 6.58in FHD+ 90Hz screen, a 3.5mm headphone port, a rear 5000 megapixel main camera, a built-in 5000mAh battery, 18W fast charging and Bluetooth 5.3.The rear shell is made of imitation leather.
