CTOnews.com September 5 news, foreign media Videocardz quoted the source "MEGAsizeGPU" news that Nvidia's upcoming RTX 4080 graphics card may have 12 GB video memory and 16 GB video memory two versions.

According to the source, the reference design of the 12GB GDDR6X memory of the RTX 4080 will use 10-layer PCB, while the 16GB memory model will use 12-layer PCB, and the two models will use a completely different PCB scheme.

Combining the previous revelations, the RTX 4080 is expected to carry AD103 GPU, have 9728 CUDA cores, and consume 340W of TBP. Nvidia may introduce 12GB video memory models first and 16GB video memory models later.

CTOnews.com learned that Nvidia will be the first to release the RTX 4090 model in October, with a 16384 CUDA core, 24GB GDDR6X video memory and 450W TBP power consumption.
