CTOnews.com, September 5 (Xinhua)-- Yamaha announced the launch of its 2023 version of its E-Vino electric scooter in Japan. The E-Vino is a retro-style scooter that is only available in the Japanese market.

Yamaha E-Vino is based on the original Vino scooter. Vino has a large number of users in Japan because of its affordable price and easy to use. The new electric version retains the powerful and practical features of its predecessor, increasing its range from 29km to 32km, making it suitable for daily urban commuting.

The electric skateboard weighs 68 kilograms and the 12.2Ah battery can be fully charged in three hours. It is equipped with 10-inch tires and a 1.2kW AC synchronous motor with a torque of 7.8Nm. The top speed of the new model is expected to be higher than that of the previous generation.

The Yamaha E-Vino 2023 adds cyan and white colors. In addition, flash, grip and other positions are treated with black to enhance the texture.

CTOnews.com learned that the Yamaha E-Vino 2023 will be available in Japan on September 30, 2022 for 314600 yen (about 15509.78 yuan).
