CTOnews.com learned that the Hu-Su-Hu railway, which runs from Shanghai in the east to Wujiang District, Suzhou City, Jiangsu Province, and along the south bank of Taihu Lake to Huzhou City, Zhejiang Province, is a double-track high-speed railway with a total length of 163.7 kilometers and a designed speed of 350km per hour. There are eight stations on the line, including Shanghai Hongqiao Station, Songjiang South Station, Liantang Station, Fenhu Station, Shengze Station, Nanxun Station, Huzhou East Station and Huzhou Station.

It is reported that the cable-stayed bridge of Hu-Su-Hu Railway across Xietang Channel adopts H-shaped main tower with a height of 95 meters and a main span of 260 meters, which is a heavy and difficult control project on the whole line. The steel box girder erected this time is 3.8 meters high, 14 meters long, 29.77 meters wide and weighs 366 tons. The hoisting premises are located at the top of the waterway, and there are some difficult problems, such as narrow waterway, difficult navigation closure, no shipping hoisting near the tower end, and so on. The conventional hoisting method is difficult to apply and the construction is difficult.

In the selection of the hoisting method of the steel beam, the construction team selects the positive hoisting method to hoist the steel beam, and uses the multi-function beam transport trolley to adjust the falling position of the steel beam, combined with the underwater anchoring of the ship hull and the cable mode of anchoring piles on the water to realize the safety and stability of the hoisting process.
