At the closing ceremony of the conference, Zhang Wei, member of the standing Committee of the Shanghai Municipal CPC Committee and vice mayor, declared the conference closed. Twenty-five "representative industrial projects of artificial intelligence in Shanghai" were heavily signed, of which 8 projects were signed on the spot and 17 projects were signed synchronously at the Yuanyu venue, with a total investment of nearly 15 billion yuan. In the launching ceremony of the "financial ecosystem to power the new track", the billion new track sub-fund was launched, and 10 billion credit innovation support tools were released to help the development and growth of the new track industry.

The World artificial Intelligence Congress held 1 opening ceremony, 2 plenary meetings and 1 closing ceremony, held a total of 121 activities, and constructed the five plate activity matrix of "meeting, exhibition, competition, use and talent". The two sides of the Pujiang River cooperate with each other and resonate with the same frequency at home and abroad.
