CTOnews.com, September 3, according to the official news of China Energy Construction, on August 31, Zhuzhou Chengjia (Bai Guan) Smart Energy Station, the first 220kV smart energy station in China, was completed and put into operation, combining data center station, energy storage station, charging station, photovoltaic station and 5G communication base station on the basis of traditional substation.

CTOnews.com learned that the substations in the station can gradually provide 960,000 KVA substation capacity; the data center station adopts all-element module computer room, which can hold 10 IT micromodules and more than 1900 servers; and the photovoltaic station has an installed capacity of 330kW, which can produce 310,000 kilowatt-hour clean electricity per year and reduce carbon dioxide emissions by 260t. The charging station has 14 fast charging piles, which can provide flexible and wide charging of 0-160 kilowatts, providing fast charging services for social electric vehicles.

According to reports, the station has built an AC / DC microgrid, which covers all AC and DC loads in the station with "one network" and realizes the integrated operation of load and storage in the source network through the energy management system. DC power supply is used in the buildings in the station, and photovoltaic energy is used immediately and consumed nearby. The intelligent monitoring and integrated auxiliary control platform is built in the station to realize the functions of intelligent perception of equipment, automatic control, intelligent inspection of robot, one-button sequence control and so on.

In addition, relying on this project, China can build the Hunan Institute of China Electric Power Engineering to set up a scientific and technological research team to carry out special scientific research, and jointly carry out applied basic theory, core technology and key equipment research in conjunction with China Academy of Electrical Sciences, Nanrui Relay Protection and other scientific research institutions; formed the achievements of intelligent operation and inspection system, integrated intelligent auxiliary control system, one-button sequence control, energy management and energy efficiency analysis system, and pilot application.
