CTOnews.com learned that couriers' individual payment standards, industry minimum wage, couriers' welfare system, the right to rest and vacation, heat prevention and cold protection and warm work have been included in the terms of the contract.

It is worth mentioning that the Suzhou Postal Administration said that it is clear in the "wage Special Collective contract" that "front-line receivers in this industry who undertake the delivery business will directly deliver ordinary pieces of not less than 1 yuan per piece," which is the highest in Jiangsu Province.

In addition, according to the contract, the minimum wage for this year's express delivery industry is 3500 yuan per month for full-time hourly posts, and 3500 yuan per month for full-time piecework workers, 3000 yuan per month for drivers and 4000 yuan per month for customer service staff.
