Among them, 12306 system sends replacement ticket information notice to passengers; 12306 mobile phone client provides replacement ticket information query function synchronously.

CTOnews.com learned that passengers who want to be reimbursed can exchange their reimbursement vouchers at the self-service ticket machine or at the station ticket window within 180 days from the date of taking the bus.

In addition, the railway department said that for elderly passengers and other special passenger groups, will continue to do a good job of face-to-face manual acceptance services, and support cash payment and other means.
