CTOnews.com, August 31, according to Taiwan's Economic Daily, Hon Hai's official Facebook website shows that the first electric car developed by Hon Hai and Honghua, owned by Yulong, will officially start pre-order at 9: 00 a.m. tomorrow (September 1).

CTOnews.com has learned that it is reported that Model C is being sold through the Nazhijie brand. This also means that the mass production version of Model C will be officially launched.

With regard to the progress of Model C and Model E, Hon Hai Chairman Liu Yangwei previously revealed that the volume production version of Model C will be displayed on October Technology Day, and Model E will be produced in the second quarter of 2023.

In addition, Hon Hai Group distributes spare parts for electric vehicles in Mexico, and the annual production capacity of the Ohio plant in the United States can reach 500000 to 600000 vehicles. Hon Hai plans to improve capacity utilization in 2024; in the US state of Wisconsin, Hon Hai also has further plans, details of which cannot be disclosed at present.
