In the 10-day weather forecast, you can click on any day to view a chart of the daily temperature range, and there is an option to view a larger color temperature map.

Air quality this section shows a chart of the current air conditions in your area, as well as additional information about the current situation and the health effects of major pollutants. In addition, you can see a larger map of air quality, which is also expected to be provided by "windy weather" in the country.

The new "precipitation" is similar to the previous version of precipitation information, showing a map of where the storm will hit, a 12-hour rainfall forecast and an interface showing details of the total amount of precipitation in the past 24 hours. and how much rain, sleet or snow fell at what time.

Sensory temperature section provides a second temperature chart, combined with temperature, humidity, wind and other factors, you can better understand the temperature changes in the surrounding environment.

UV index

As the name implies, the UV index shows the current UV level and the highest UV level during the day. At the same time, it will also provide an introduction, such as the recommended sun protection level.

Sunset and Sunrise "Sunset and Sunrise" lets you know the time of sunrise or sunset, and it also includes the monthly average of sunrise and sunset and the total sunlight reading.

The wind section mainly provides a summary of daily wind speed, as well as a chart of wind speed and direction throughout the day.

The humidity section shows a chart of humidity throughout the day, divided into six-hour increments. It also provides information such as average humidity and dew point.

Weather lock screen

Although not part of the weather application, there is a special weather lock screen in iOS 16. If it is sunny, you will see the sun, if it is rainy, you will see rain.

Weather widgets also have many different weather widgets that you can add to any lock screen, as well as a larger reading with temperature, current conditions, high / low depending on individual air quality, UV index, and temperature options.

Of course, using weather widgets requires location services to be turned on.
