Netflix confirmed that it had hired Jeremi Gorman, Snap's chief commercial officer, as its new president of global advertising, and Peter Naylor, vice president of advertising sales at Snap, for the same position in streaming services.

Snap confirmed the departure of the two executives but declined to comment further.

Netflix has been integrating parts to launch a cheap streaming service with advertising. In July this year, the company announced a partnership with Microsoft to provide advertising technology. The new executives will build good relationships with advertisers who want to advertise on Netflix.
