Xiaomi 12s Ultra scored a total score of 138in the DXOMARK image test, making it into the top five of the DXOMARK global image rankings. In the sub-project, the score of photo is 144, zoom is 96, and video is 113.

According to DXOMARK, Xiaomi 12s Ultra offers Leica classic and Leica vivid color rendering modes, and tests have found that the image quality in both modes is very similar. The choice of mode is purely personal preference, so the two imaging styles will not affect the final score of DXOMARK.

Landscapes, cityscapes and portraits are well exposed in a variety of conditions from highlights to extremely low lights.

Deficiencies enumerated by DXOMARK

There are some exposure and HDR instability in different scenes

There is no zero shutter delay under all HDR and low light conditions, and the measured delay is longer than 0.3 seconds.

Focus and exposure are unstable when using a telephoto camera

Noise occurs in the HDR scene, even under good lighting conditions

Occasionally low contrast and halo occur in backlight scenes, especially dark tones or dark brown skin

There is no HDR in preview mode, what you see is not what you get.
