CTOnews.com, August 26 (Xinhua)-- USA Today quoted GLHF as saying that Amazon has made a formal offer for EA to include the FIFA, Madden and Apex Legends distributors, which will be announced tonight local time.

It is worth mentioning that recently there have been frequent claims that EA is actively looking for a sale or merger.

In May, a Puck report said EA had recently held talks with Disney, Apple, Amazon and Comcast-NBCUniversal about potential sales.
