On August 26, Yonghui supermarket released its semi-annual report for 2022, showing that its operating income reached 48.732 billion yuan, an increase of 4.07% over the same period last year, while that of the same store rose 4.2%. At the same time, the company's profit level has improved significantly, and it has turned losses into profits. In the first half of this year, the net profit after deducting non-return reached 94 million yuan, an increase of 1.019 billion yuan over the same period last year.

In the first half of 2022, Yonghui's comprehensive gross profit margin reached 20.35%, up 1.53% from the same period last year. In terms of cash flow, by the end of June 2022, Yonghui realized operating cash flow of 4.311 billion yuan, an increase of 13.32% over the same period last year. During the reporting period, Yonghui continued to increase its investment in science and technology, reaching 300 million yuan in the first half of the year.

In terms of offline stores, Yonghui opened 20 new stores across the country in the first half of 2022. In the first half of 2022, Yonghui online business continued to maintain high-quality growth, achieving revenue of 7.59 billion yuan, an increase of 11.5% over the same period last year, accounting for 15.7% of total revenue, an increase of 1.6 percentage points over the same period in 2021.

From the perspective of overall operating efficiency, various operating indicators are also being continuously optimized, and various costs and expenses are properly controlled. The financial report shows that in the first half of this year, when Yonghui's revenue increased by 4.07% compared with the same period last year, operating costs increased by only 2.11%, while its administrative expenses decreased by 12.77%, sales expenses by 2.73%, and financial expenses by 0.81%.
