This non-security update includes quality improvements. Major changes include:

The exception code is 0xc0000409 (STATUS_STACK_BUFFER_OVERRUN).

An issue affecting the use of read-only domain controllers (RODC) to find secure ID (SID) from the local domain that does not exist has been resolved. The lookup returned an unexpected STATUS_TRUSTED_DOMAIN_FAILURE error instead of STATUS_NONE_MAPPED or STATUS_SOME_MAPPED.

Resolved an issue that could lead to token leakage from the local security agency server service (LSASS). This issue affects devices with Windows updates that have been installed on or after June 14, 2022. This problem occurs when a device performs a specific form of service for a user (S4U) in an untrusted computing library (TCB) Windows service running as a network service.

If the user installs an earlier update, only the new updates contained in this package are downloaded and installed on the device.

After installing this update, XPS Viewer may not be able to open some XML Paper Specification (XPS) documents in non-English languages, including some Japanese and Chinese character encodings.
