Among them, the initial registered capital of the project company is RMB 1 billion Yuan, and the holding subsidiary GAC Ai 'an, the wholly-owned subsidiary GAC Passenger Car and GAC Commerce respectively contribute RMB 510 million Yuan, RMB 400 million Yuan and RMB 90 million Yuan according to the shareholding of 51%, 40% and 9%. The fund source is coordinated by the Company.

The total investment of the project is RMB 3.69 billion yuan, and the fund source is self-raised by the enterprise.
