The administrative measures standardize the use of marks such as the "China Space Station" and engineering missions, and clearly stipulate that the China manned Space Engineering Office is the administrative body for authorization, protection and supervision of the special marks of the project. no unit or individual may use it without authorization. CTOnews.com has learned that the complete contents of the measures for the Administration of Special signs of China's manned Space Project (for trial implementation) are as follows:

Article 1 in order to further strengthen the management and standardized use of special marks for China's manned space projects (hereinafter referred to as "engineering special marks"), and to strengthen the protection of intellectual property rights, in accordance with the regulations on the Administration of Special signs and relevant laws and regulations on intellectual property rights, these measures are hereby formulated.

Article 2 the special marks of projects referred to in these measures include:

(1) the name of "China Space Station"

(2) the name and identification of the mission announced by the China manned Space Engineering Office.

Article 3 the China manned Space Engineering Office (hereinafter referred to as the "China manned Space Engineering Office") shall be responsible for the administration of legal examination, authorization and license, protection of rights and supervision of use of special marks of the project.

Article 4 relevant units and individuals shall use engineering special marks in strict accordance with these measures, and the use of engineering special marks shall contribute to the development of China's manned space program and maintain the image of the project.

Article 5 No unit or individual may use graphics, characters and their combinations which are the same or similar to the special marks of the project without the permission of the Central Office.

Article 6 No unit or individual may falsely use the name of the COSCO or the China manned Space Project to provide commodities or services related to the special marks of the project, hold conferences, exhibitions, advertising, soliciting sponsorship and other activities.

Article 7 No unit or individual shall carry out any act of confusion that may make the public think that it has a specific connection with China's manned space program, the China loading Office, the China Space Station and related missions.

Article 8 No unit or individual may use the names and logos in the special marks of the project on commodities, commodity packaging, containers and commodity trading documents without the written permission of the Central Administration Office. It shall not be used in advertising, exhibitions and other commercial activities in any form or any media.

Article 9 Enterprises, institutions, social organizations and individual industrial and commercial households that need to use the special marks of the project and established in accordance with the law shall apply through the official website of the project, indicating the scope, time limit, region and use of the project, and use it after being examined and approved by the China loading Office.

Article 10 where the term of use of the special mark of the project expires and needs to be used continuously, the user shall go through the formalities of applying for approval again. If it is not handled, the use shall be stopped immediately after expiration.

Article 11 users of special signs of a project shall download basic pattern vector drawings on the official website of China's manned space program. The vector drawing of the engineering special sign can be scaled proportionally, and the sign should be clearly recognizable when in use, and the pattern shape, composition, text font, picture-text ratio, color value and so on of the engineering special sign shall not be changed.

Article 12 users of special signs of a project shall not delegate authorization without the written consent or permission of the Central Information Office.

Article 13 where the user of a special sign of a project signs a written license agreement with the China Transport Office or its administrative agency, it shall, within one month after the signing of the agreement, put the agreement on record with the intellectual property administration department of the State Council, and report it to the intellectual property administration department of the people's government at or above the county level where the user is located for record.

Article 14 if the user of the special mark of the project fails to use the special mark of the project in accordance with the provisions of these measures or beyond the scope of authorization, it shall be corrected by the China loading Office or its administrative agency. If it refuses to make rectification, the CNZO or its designated administrative body shall have the right to revoke the authorization for the use of the special marks of the project and investigate the legal liability according to law.

Article 15 any unit, organization or individual who discovers any act suspected of infringing upon the special marks of a project may report to the China Media Office or its designated administrative organization, or directly to the relevant intellectual property administrative department or law enforcement department.

Article 16 the China manned Space Engineering Office shall be responsible for the interpretation of these measures.

Article 17 these measures shall enter into force as of the date of promulgation.
