The concept of cloud nativism was first proposed by Pivotal. In 2015, Matt Stine, technical product manager of Pivotal, first proposed "Cloud Native Application Architecture" in his book "migrating to Cloud Native Application Architecture". 2019 is coming to an end and 2020 is coming. Now CNCF has officially graduated from eight projects, namely: Kubernetes, Prometheus, Envoy, CoreDNS, containerd, Fluentd, Jaeger and Vitess.
