CTOnews.com August 25 news, Yuantong Express released its semi-annual report today, with revenue of 25.066 billion yuan in the first half of 2022, an increase of 28.58 percent over the same period last year, and a net profit of 1.774 billion yuan, an increase of 174.72 percent over the same period last year. Among them, Yuantong Express International and Yuantong Airlines realized a total net profit of 186 million yuan. The non-return net profit was 1.709 billion yuan, an increase of 187.51% over the same period last year.

In the first half of the year, the company's express delivery business completed 8.085 billion pieces, an increase of 9.09% over the same period last year, accounting for 15.78% of the business volume of national express service enterprises, an increase of 0.77 percentage points over the same period in 2021, and a steady increase in market share.

CTOnews.com learned that data released by China's State Post Bureau showed that in the first half of 2022, the total business volume of express delivery companies across the country completed 51.22 billion, an increase of 3.7 percent over the same period last year, and business revenue totaled 498.22 billion yuan (RMB, the same below), an increase of 2.9 percent over the same period last year.
