The chip can meet the stringent requirements of automotive electronic systems for ultra-low power consumption and high reliability, and is widely used in ADAS, T-Box, intelligent driving, DVR and other fields.

CTOnews.com learned that the LPDDR4X memory is manufactured by 25nm process, single capacity 2Gb, 4Gb, 8Gb, data transfer rate 3200Mbps, voltage 1.1V (VDDQ 0.6V), data bit width 16/32-bit.

The embedded ECC ensures high reliability, is AEC-Q100 certified, and is suitable for industrial / automotive temperature ranges such as I, A3, A2 (- 40 ℃ to + 105 ℃).

Xi'an Ziguang National Core said that this LPDDR4X memory chip is a self-developed product, which can be supplied stably for a long time.
