Fixed an issue that prevented the left half of the file explorer title bar from being dragged by mouse or touch.

Fixed an issue that caused master pages, documents, pictures, and other possible folders to accidentally repeat or appear on the desktop in the navigation pane of File Explorer.

After introducing tabs in File Explorer, the toolbars that some users accidentally see have been removed (using View / Edit, etc.). As part of this, the always Show menu option in the folder option is also deleted and no action is performed.

Fixed an issue where explorer.exe might crash if you tried to rearrange application icons on the taskbar while the taskbar overflow was open.
