CTOnews.com, August 24 (Xinhua) the latest Apple hardware auction is not just the high price of the original Apple I computer. At the same auction, a new sealed Apple iPhone 1 sold for more than $35000 (about 239400 yuan).

The items are part of RR Auction's "Apple, Jobs and computer hardware" auction.

At the same auction, a rare Apple-1 prototype owned by Steve Jobs was reported to have sold for $677196 (about 4.632 million yuan).

The auction also includes an unopened iPod 1, which sells for $25000 (about 171000 yuan), according to ZDnet.

Apple's old devices are often sold at auctions at high prices. A retro Apple check signed by Steve Jobs with a face value of $9.18 sold for $55000 (about 376200 yuan) in June.

CTOnews.com learned that in January, Jobs' autographed note sold for $124998 (about 855000 yuan). At the same auction, Steve Jobs' hand-painted Pixar business card sold for $13289 (about 90896.76 yuan).
