Frigate 07 is the second model in the BYD warship series. Compared with its sister model, BYD Tang series, frigate 07 does not simply change its shell, but adopts a new styling design.

As can be seen from the picture, the front of the frigate 07 uses the "ocean aesthetics" design style. its front face uses a "big mouth" intake grille, and both sides of the grille are equipped with dot matrix luminous units to make the front more fashionable. At the same time, the frigate 07's headlights are slender and highly recognizable with a BYD glowing LOGO in the middle.

The side of the frigate 07 adopts a relatively strong design style, with a straight waistline extending from the headlights to the rear lights, with wide wheel arch lines and hidden door handles, full of muscle and athletic temperament. At the same time, the car further creates a stylish and dynamic posture through the shape of the roof with a slightly slippery back and the chrome-plated trim of the window frame.

For the rear, the frigate 07 uses a two-stage spoiler and is equipped with high brake lights in the middle of the spoiler. The taillight of the car adopts a penetrating design similar to that of Biadihan, and the interior of the lamp group is a three-dimensional wave shape, exquisite and warning effect at the same time.

In terms of size, the length / width / height of the new car is 4820/1920/1750mm and the wheelbase is 2820mm. Compared to Biya Ditang, it shortens the length of the 50mm, shortens the width of the 20mm, and increases the height of the 30mm, while in terms of wheelbase, the two models are the same, both 2820mm.

In terms of power, frigate 07 is equipped with DM-i plug-in system, the maximum power of 1.5T engine is 102kW, the peak power of front / rear motor is 145kW / 150kW, equipped with iron phosphate blade battery, and the expected pure electric mileage is 200km. In addition, the frigate 07 will also launch the main performance of the DM-P model, the car before and after the maximum power of dual motors to 295kw, peak torque 656 Nm, 100 km acceleration time 4.7 seconds.

CTOnews.com learned that the BYD frigate 07 will debut at the Chengdu Auto Show, which opens on August 26, and will be available as early as the end of September.
