According to the people's Bank of China, the digital RMB pilot project has now been extended to 23 regions in 15 provinces and cities, and Shenzhen, Suzhou, Xiongan New area and Chengdu have lifted whitelist restrictions and absorbed Societe Generale as the new designated operator.
