Recently, Dafa Technology, the world's largest manufacturer of Bluetooth chips for TWS headphones, announced that its latest Bluetooth audio chip has passed the Bluetooth LE Audio standard certification, and a large number of brand customers are testing and verifying, according to financial circles today. Dafa Technology said that products such as TWS headphones and smart speakers using LE Audio standards are expected to be launched one after another in the first half of next year.

Dafa technology executives said that the LE Audio standard is the most important milestone in the Bluetooth audio industry in the past decade and will significantly change the model of personal and corporate wireless audio services. In addition, the LE Audio standard, the first major upgrade to the Bluetooth standard in nearly a decade, will be supported by both Apple and Android.

Among them, Apple is expected to release not only the new iPhone, but also the AirPods Pro 2 wireless headset at the launch of the iPhone 14 / Pro series on Wednesday, September 7, local time (the early morning of September 8, Beijing time). Previously, due to the Bluetooth standard, Apple's AirPods headphones do not support Bluetooth connection to play lossless music, while AirPods Pro 2 will adopt the new coding format LC3 of the LE Audio standard, making it Apple's first headset to support lossless music. On Android, LE Audio coding will be one of the major upgrades to Google's official version of Android 13 released last week.
