As of August 17, there are a total of 137models supporting UP2.4, and a new Hi nova 10 mobile phone has been added this time. Except Samsung (S20 series) and ZTE public edition (S30 series and AXON30) terminals support UP2.4, other brand terminals only support UP2.4 function. It is recommended to buy 2020Q3 models.

At the end of July this year, a new 5G phone under China Post's existing models MGZ-BD00 and ALH-BD00 has passed the national 3C certification and supports 100W and 66W wired charging. It is expected to be a new Hi nova 10 series.

CTOnews.com learned that in response to the problem of insufficient support for 5G messages by mobile terminals agreed by the industry, Zhuang Renfeng, deputy general manager of China Mobile Internet Co., Ltd., had suggested that 5G message service functions should be included in the MIIT terminal network entry detection requirements.

The so-called 5G message is actually an information service system based on GSMA RCS UP standard. Through the introduction of MaaP technology, the message can be multimedia, lightweight and interactive. As an upgrade of short message service, 5G message transmission includes not only text, picture, audio, video, location, contact person and other information, but also rich services such as payment, comment, shopping and so on. such as buying tickets, checking express logistics, hospital registration, coal, electricity, water and gas payment and other applications. However, 5G messages do not have to be downloaded and installed like Wechat and QQ, and are as part of the terminal as SMS.
