CTOnews.com August 21, the Xiaomi Group announced today that the board of directors will award a total of 9274.84 million Award shares to 3142 selected participants under the share incentive Scheme on August 21, 2022, of which 3141 selected participants are unrelated grantees and one selected participant is a connected grantee.

CTOnews.com learned that Xiaomi Group is currently offering HK $11.66 per share, with a market capitalization of HK $291.003 billion. Based on this calculation, 92.7484 million shares are about 1.0815 billion Hong Kong dollars, or about 942 million yuan.

Founded in April 2010 and listed on the main board of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange on July 9, 2018, Xiaomi Group is a consumer electronics and smart manufacturing company focusing on smartphones, smart hardware and IoT platform.
