CTOnews.com has reported that the pre-sale of Beijing Mercedes-Benz EQE models began last month, and the current pre-sale range of three EQE 350s is 53-590000 yuan.

The new EQE, the first domestic pure electric model developed by Mercedes-EQ brand based on the EVA pure electric platform, has begun to accept preorders nationwide. The first three models on the market: 350Vanguard, 350Deluxe and 350Vanguard Special Edition, which are pre-sold at 530000 yuan, 550000 yuan and 590000 yuan, respectively.

In terms of appearance, the new EQE design is inherited from EQS, with bow body, cockpit front layout and seamless body design, supplemented by intelligent digital headlights and through 3D spiral taillights. The new EQE has a body length of 4969 mm, a wheelbase of 3120 mm and excellent aerodynamic performance with a wind resistance factor as low as 0.22. The rear wheel active steering system is as high as 10 degrees, with a turning diameter as low as 10.7 meters.

The whole vehicle adopts steel-aluminum mixed body, and some of the body structural parts use 100% recyclable steel, which can effectively reduce energy output by 60%; using more than 20% aluminum materials, the weight is reduced by 51.29kg on the basis of ensuring structural strength, and the weight of NVH parts is reduced by about 14kg on the basis of outstanding effect.

In terms of interior decoration, the new EQE adopts digital cockpit design concept. The 12.3-inch instrument screen and 12.8-inch central control screen from the S-Class car have the highest 210ppi resolution. The new EQE's Gaud custom navigation is deeply integrated with AR real-scene crossing navigation, EQ optimized navigation, mind-reading voice assistant and other functions, and can support 3D indoor map and instrument screen full-screen display.

Pre-launch models are equipped with 12.3in LCD instrument panel (210ppi) and 12.8in OLED central control screen (201ppi) with a resolution of 1888mm to 1728pixel, while future EQE 500 4MATIC models can be equipped with MBUX super-connected screen. The end of the car is equipped with Nvidia Xavier chip, and continues to carry "zero-level interface" and "mind reading assistant".

In terms of comfort, the new EQE is the first Mercedes-EQ model with an active ambient light, which changes with the speed of the car. According to the localization needs of Chinese customers, the new EQE offers up to 10 exclusive functions or configurations, including rear gentleman function (front passenger seat position can be adjusted with one click in the rear row), rear central armrest design, front row wireless charging function, comfortable rear headrest and so on.

In addition, the new EQE supports wireless CarPlay projection function and seamless full-screen projection of the phone interface. The new EQE optimizes the rear seats for the Chinese market to create a comfortable and comfortable ride space.

The new EQE three-electricity system is produced in Beijing Mercedes-Benz. The first three models on the market are single-motor rear-drive models, with a maximum power of 215kW of permanent magnet synchronous motor and a NCM811 battery with a total capacity of 96.1kwh, with a comprehensive mileage of 717km and 752km under CLTC conditions.
